Pre 5K


My first 5K race is Sunday. I've been training for 6 weeks and think I am ready to go. Just got to scope out the course and pick up my registration packet tomorrow, then race on Sunday. Chris has also been training and will be joining me in the race. Please send positive thoughts our way at about 9 AM Sunday morning.
My three goals for the race:
1. Finish
2. Run the whole way
3. Have fun

GOOD LUCK to both of you -- as if you needed it. I think your goals are quite realistic, so make sure you don't push yourself too much. It's easy to get caught up in the frenzy. Have a blast!
