June 1st always marks the first day of summer in my mind. Partly to celebrate the summer season, and partly because I am in a sudden rotten mood we are partaking in a summer chocolate and coffee ice cream sundae with peanut butter cups on top. Come on, any excuse will do! Plus this was all sitting in my kitchen as left overs from entertaining on Friday-instant gratification. So good.

Ice Cream
June 1st always marks the first day of summer in my mind.
